*Incline DB Press 4x15
*Pushups to failurex3
*Cable Flys 4x10
*Tricep pushdowns 3x12
*Lying tricep extensions 3x12
*Tricep kickback 4x10
*DB curls 4x12
*Barbell curl 3x10
*Hammer curl 4x15
