Peanut Zoodles w/ Protein of Choice
400g Zucchini noodles
4oz Steak or Chicken Breast*
*season both with sea salt & garlic powder
SAUCE (seasonings to taste):
•Red pepper flakes
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp green onions
2 tsp chopped peanuts
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
2 tsp Sambal
Grill meat of choice. Cook zoodles in a large pan or wok until tender and season with garlic powder and sea salt.
In a bowl, combine powdered peanut butter with water until it is smooth. Add seasonings and Sambal and mix.
Toss grilled meat in sauce and top over zoodles. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onions, and chopped peanuts!
