Lauren Sprinkle's Salted Caramel Pancakes

This #TastyTip is brought to you by one of our favorite customers, @tasteofsprinkles! Who needs IHOP when you can have these fabulous salted caramel pancakes without all the carbs and sugar!?
Bambody quick fix mixes can be used to make various wonderful creations! I made salted caramel snickerdoodle pancakes this morning and they did not disappoint! All you need is the following:

1 package BamBody Nutrition Salted Caramel Quick Fix
2 tbsp egg whites
3-4 tablespoons almond milk or flax milk
10 grams snickerdoodle flavored protein powder
+2 tsp-1tbsp milk of choice

So... to make these delightful pancakes, simple pour the quick fix into a mixing bowl and mix in the egg whites and milk until smooth. Add more or less milk for thinner or thicker pancakes.

Heat your griddle to about 300 degrees, spray with non-stick cooking spray and pour in your batter. Flip pancakes once you see bubbles start to form. It won’t take long!

Lastly, mix your snickerdoodle protein powder with a little milk to make a drizzle or paste to drizzle over those pancakes! So yummy!

I topped my pancakes with almond whipped cream and Walden Farms Maple syrup, but feel free to add whatever toppings you like! Almond butter, pb2, fruit, granola etc! The sky is the limit!

IHOP has nothing on these bad boys!
