Ariel’s "Swolemate" Workout

There is no greater workout than a swolemate workout!


Here’s to the month of love and making gains in all the right places! 💪🏼


So grab your partner and give this couples workout a go! 


Set a timer for 45 secs for each given exercise and perform each one as an AMRAP (as many reps as possible) until the 45 secs is up. 

-Push-up to clap.

-Bicep curl to shoulder press.

-Jump lunges to jump squat.

-Burpee to tuck jump.

-High knees.

-Ski jumpers.

-Curtsy lunges.

-Side lateral to front raise.

-Upright row to squat.


Once you’ve completed 1 round, take a 1-2 minute break and begin again for another round. Repeat 3-4 times total. Keep the energy alive and the momentum going and motivate your partner to make it through. (And for all of the competitive couples out there, make it a challenge and see who can do the most reps.) Having a partner is a great way to progress if you’ve been feeling stagnant and it can be a fun switch up to your normal routine!
