Ariel’s Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice Oats
This is a simple, quick, and delicious meal that covers all of your macronutrient needs and it’s perfect when you;re looking to satisfy that sweet tooth craving!
-1 packet of pumpkin spice oats
-½ cup of almond milk
-1 tbsp of peanut butter
-Sprinkle of cinnamon
Mix oats with ½ cup of almond milk and heat to your liking. I usually heat my oats for 30-45 seconds and then mix. Top with a crumbled up BamBody Peanut Butter Express treat, a tbsp of your favorite peanut butter, and a sprinkle of cinnamon—that’s it!
