Aria's Prep-Friendly Thanksgiving Meal

 

As many of you may know, BamBody Babe and IFBB Bikini Pro, Aria, is currently in the middle of her competition season. With many shows on the horizon and with being so close to stepping on stage, she must keep her meals very clean, adhering to her diet. Here is an example of how she gets creative in the kitchen around the holiday time while still sticking to her plan!

Trader Joe's Riced Cauliflower Stuffing: 1 cup- 0F/13C/1P

 

Toppings:

Fat-Free Turkey Gravy: 1/4 cup-0F/4C/1P

Cultured Brown Butter: 1 tbsp- 14F/0C/0C
