Pumpkin Protein Pancakes
Tis' the season for all things pumpkin, and what better way to kick off the season than with a delicious and easy recipe for those pumpkin tastebuds? Delicious, nutritious, and super simple... These pancakes will not disappoint in the slightest!
 
Ingredients:

-1/4 cup pumpkin

-1/2 scoop of protein powder (We Like BeautyFit BeautyWhey)

-1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes pancake mix OR Trader Joe's protein pancake mix

-1/2 tsp cinnamon

-1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

-1/2 tsp baking powder

-2 to 3 tbsp of water or almond/cashew milk

Directions: 

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add pumpkin and water to mix. Mix batter together until all ingredients are fully incorporated. If batter is too dry, slowly add a bit more water until desired pancake batter consistency is achieved. On medium/high heat, cook batter like you would regular pancakes. Add a sweet little crunch to the top with some Feast Mode Cranberry Caramel Praline treat and breakfast topper (available on our site) and enjoy the goodness!
