Crock Pot Protein French Toast

Y’all are going to die!!! This recipe is so good... and so easy!!! If you’re anything like me, you’re living a busy AF life, barely having time to brush your teeth and just struggling to get it all in. Easy, quick meals are essential for my family’s well-being, and this one, I can promise you will not disappoint!!!

What you will need:

1/2 loaf light wheat bread (cut into chunks)

2c egg whites

1c unsweetened almond milk

1/4c stevia or monk fruit

1 tsp vanilla

2 BamBody Brownies

 

Directions: 

Tip: If you do not have a crockpot, you can cook this in the oven at 350 degrees

Spray crockpot with olive oil cooking spray. Place bread crumbles in pot. (I like to chop the bread simply because it makes it easier for serving and cooking purposes, but if you prefer whole French toast, that works too!) In a separate bowl, whisk together all of the liquid ingredients and stevia. Pour over bread. Crumble BamBody brownies on top. Cook for 1 hr in crockpot & SET IT AND FORGET IT!!!

I love this recipe not just for breakfast but for dinner too! If we’re being honest, I prefer French toast for dinner!
